Our Proven Process
It can be a one or two day process (weather permitting) depending a few different factors. Generally on day one, we treat stains with various eco-friendly solutions followed by a four-step pressure washing process to ensure the surface is ready to seal the next day. Some stains like oil, rust and others that have there for months/years may not come out. The next day we sand with a fine grade silica sand and apply two coats of eco-friendly commercial grade sealer. Sealers will never damage any vegetation.
