Our Proven Process
Weather permitting, service is completed in one to two days. On day one, we pretreat trouble spots—especially algae, leaf tannins, and irrigation rust common around the Butler Chain of Lakes—then perform a careful multi-stage wash so the surface is clean and pH-balanced. Next, we tighten joints, re-sand low areas, and check edges for a crisp, even finish. On day two, as an owner-operated service, we apply two controlled coats of commercial-grade sealer for consistent sheen and long-lasting protection. Finally, we review care instructions; plan for ~24 hours before foot traffic and 48–72 hours before vehicles. We schedule around afternoon storms, and irrigation should remain off during service and for 24 hours after.
