Our Proven Process
Weather permitting, most jobs finish in one to two days.
Day one. We pretreat trouble spots—especially algae, leaf stains, and irrigation rust common around Orlando neighborhoods—then complete a careful multi-stage wash and pH balance so the surface is clean and ready.
Next, we tighten joints, re-sand low areas, and check edges for a crisp, even finish.
Day two. As an owner-operated service, we apply two controlled coats of commercial-grade sealer for consistent sheen and long-lasting protection.
Finally, we review care instructions; expect about ~24 hours before foot traffic and 48–72 hours before vehicles. We schedule around afternoon thunderstorms, and irrigation should remain off during service and for 24 hours after.
